Apex Drifter: Drift Rush is developed by Kimi Lempinen. For questions about personal information, contact info@mikrosofta.com.

Game progress and driver name

The game stores your driver name, settings and career progress on your device. Progress includes race results, personal bests, stars, experience, coins, owned cars, upgrades, paint choices and reward-claim records. These records let the game restore progress and avoid granting the same reward more than once.

You can choose a driver name in the introduction and change it in Settings → Profile. If you use Apple Game Center, the game can suggest your Game Center display name. Editing the name in the game does not change your Apple account or Game Center profile.

The game does not request health, nutrition, fitness, Garmin or Apple Health information. It does not request access to contacts, photos, microphone or precise device location.

iCloud saves

On supported Apple devices, the game uses Apple's CloudKit service to synchronize career progress through a private database associated with your iCloud account. The saved profile includes the driver name and game progress described above. The game also uses an account-specific CloudKit identifier and synchronization markers to distinguish accounts and detect conflicting saves.

Synchronization happens at startup, in menus and when returning to the app. You can play locally when iCloud is unavailable. Settings → Cloud Save shows the synchronization status. When both copies have changed, the game asks which progress to keep. Local recovery copies may be retained when replacing a save.

Deleting the application may remove local data but does not necessarily delete the iCloud copy. Use the iCloud storage controls available for your account, or contact us for help with a deletion request. Apple manages the iCloud service under its own terms and privacy information.

Purchases

Apple processes in-app payments. The game checks the purchase status of the permanent NO AD BREAKS product and supports Restore Purchases. The developer does not receive your payment-card information. Purchase verification and restoration use Apple's store services through Unity In-App Purchasing. The purchase removes automatic ad breaks; optional reward videos remain available.

Advertising and privacy choices

The game uses Google AdMob for automatic ads between races and optional videos that award in-game coins. Google's User Messaging Platform presents applicable privacy choices. Where required, the game waits for the consent system to permit ad requests before requesting production ads.

Depending on your choices and device settings, Google's advertising SDK may process your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device or advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, crash information, and performance data. Google and advertising partners use this information to deliver and measure advertising, prevent misuse and operate their services. The consent message identifies the applicable partners and purposes.

Where available, use Settings → Privacy to reopen your advertising privacy choices and change or withdraw consent. The available message and choices depend on your region. Declining personalized advertising does not prevent you from playing. Any use of Apple's advertising identifier for tracking requires Apple's separate App Tracking Transparency permission. Privacy choices do not grant that permission automatically.

Test versions may use Google's demonstration ad units instead of revenue-generating ads. Test ads still involve communication with Google services.

Storage, service providers and your rights

Local game information is kept while needed to maintain your saved career. Cloud saves remain associated with your iCloud account until removed through the relevant service controls or a supported deletion process. Apple and Google retain information they process under their respective policies and service requirements. Deleting a local installation does not erase purchase records, information already held by advertising providers, or a separate cloud save.

Apple and Google may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Their privacy information describes the safeguards and controls that apply to their services.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your data-protection authority. Contact info@mikrosofta.com for requests relating to this game. Requests about an Apple or Google account may also need to be made to that service provider. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

We may update this policy when the game's features or service providers change. The current version and date will be available at this page.
